"20 years after Chernobyl: Global Energy Crisis and the threat of Nuclear Power coming back"

Using Kyoto Protocol, the oil prices and the recent crisis in gas as a pretension, there is a turn towards the usage of Nuclear Power. Is this turn inevitable? Which are the dangers involved? Can the increasing power demands to be dealt with other means? The installation of nuclear reactors is a sovereign right of each country? Can this right be legally rejected? Which are the current experiences on the matter? Which are the propositions of the global environmental movement and of the NGOs?
